Project Management

• 1.

  Part Analysis, Once receive PO from customer ,Part Analysis for show Gate position ,Parting line ,potential concerns etc will provide within 1-2 working days

• 2.

  Mold Specification Sheet. When sending the part analysis , the mold specifications as per your mold requirements, will send it to together for confirmation. It is better if the customer can provide his owe specifications and mold manufacturing standards

• 3.

  Mold Drawings. 2D drawing will send within 1-3 working days after receive the confirmation of the mold specifications, then the 3D mold drawing will be provided

• 4.

  Tooling Schedule. The tooling schedule will be provided after receive confirmation for cutting steel ,This schedule will be updated on every Monday along with detailed noted projects of the process with photos

• 5.

  Mold Trial Report Mold trial report will be provide once finish mold test ,report including mold trial video ,samples photos ,injection parameter ,also FAI report will be provide within 3 working days

• 6.

  Before Mold Shipping. Mold will be check according to mold checking list to make sure everything is ok before shipment

• 7.

  After-Sales Service. With European Partner support us after-sales service will be one of our advantages.
